Where We Ship

SoftLullaby currently ships only to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing and Delivery Times

Every order goes through a processing stage before it is shipped.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Stage Timeframe
Order Processing 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping Transit 7–9 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery 8–11 business days

Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 p.m. GMT are processed that same day. Orders placed after this deadline or during the weekend will enter processing on the following business day.

All orders go through a quality inspection and packaging procedure prior to dispatch, which is reflected in the processing timeframe.

All orders to the United States are currently shipped with:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
