DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery within the United States typically takes 7–9 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 8–11 business days.

Is there a delivery fee?
No. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Do you deliver internationally?
No. SoftLullaby currently ships only within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@softlullaby.com and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on returns.
EXCHANGES & ORDER CHANGES
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team. The original item must be returned first, and the replacement will be sent once the return has been received.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still request a return under our standard return policy.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@softlullaby.com.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and handled through secure PCI-compliant payment processors. Full card details are never stored on our servers.
PRODUCTS
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, it will be marked as out of stock on the website. You may check back later for restocks.
