Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@softlullaby.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In such cases, we may offer:

- store credit
- or a refund
The resolution depends on the situation and will be determined after review. There are no restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, contact our support team. We will help arrange an exchange where possible.
30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items:
- are unused and unworn
- are in original condition
- include original packaging
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transfer.
Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept returns if:
- the item is returned without an order reference
- the item is not in original condition (unless defective on arrival)
